Pause for a moment when you look up, continue the clockwise roll, and then pause when you look down. Repeat these steps, rolling your eyes in a counterclockwise motion. Do this either way 5 times each.
- Move your eyes and focus. Stand or sit up and look straight ahead. Keep your head stationary as you look to the right. Pause and focus. Then look to the left. Pause and focus. Do the same in an up and down motion, as well as a diagonal motion, 5 times for each movement.
- Massage motion. Close your eyes and gently massage your eyelids in a clockwise direction. Repeat in a counterclockwise direction.
